Hello all,
today I’m going to talk about my healthy eating habits. Honestly my eating
habits are very very very very bad. I like to much the fried foot although I
don’t eat it all day but generally I eat French fries once a week. I don’t
drink to much milk too.
Although on
the other hand my mom cooks pulses once a week, in general she cooks beans and
lentils. While I know that this food is good for me, I don’t like too much eating
pulses all week. In addition, she likes to eat soup and she cooks it all the
time. It is very unpleasant for me L In conclusion, I am very fussy with
the food and consequently I eat bad, furthermore I don’t practice any sports.
I believe that eating habits of people actually
is worse that eating habits of ten years ago. Today the most of the people have
many things to do and they don’t concerned by their food. Actually, people eat
too much fast food because the society demanding too much time for other things. If we have more time, I believe that we would
can to eat better.
